In 1937, luigi mosconi of the mosconi family in Italy owned a family-owned factory for the production of daily chemical products. It is one of the few factories in Italy with a history of nearly 88 years. It has always adhered to the strict product safety regulations (GPSR) of the European Union as its core standard and has been undertaking the production of various brands and product demands. The family built a modern factory in London in 1987 and registered the brand trademark "Present-More". After that, the brand launched its products for sale and embarked on the path of brand development.
Manufacturing Excellence
◆ Present-More operates dozens of fully automated filling production lines, with a daily capacity exceeding 100,000 units. Every stage of production adheres strictly to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 22716:2008 GMP standards, ensuring consistency, safety, and quality.
◆ All processes fully comply with the Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 and meet the manufacturing requirements of multiple countries worldwide — reflecting Present-More’s commitment to global standards and excellence.
Italian Innovation Center
◆ The Italian facility serves primarily as a research and innovation hub, focusing on new product development and performance enhancement. With a daily filling capacity of around 10,000 units, it supports production for domestic Italian partner brands as well as select products distributed across other European markets.
After years of development, the cooperative factory now integrates the production and processing of clinker bottles, liquid stirring and filling production, warehousing and delivery. It has dozens of automatic filling equipment production lines, with a daily filling capacity of over 50,000 bottles. In terms of production, it fully complies with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO22716:2008GMP standards, meets the requirements of the current cosmetics Regulation (EC)1223/2009, and can also meet the production requirements and standards of many countries around the world.
